Initial registration

Acceptance of documents, implementation of the introductory procedure and enrollment are carried out by:

• for training in the DOOP RCT – LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER”

• for training in programs to improve knowledge in the field of Russian as a foreign language (language courses), as well as internship programs and summer schools LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER”.

Acceptance of documents is carried out within 3 days from the date of arrival of a foreign student in LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER”.

The primary procedure for registration of a foreign student who arrived for training under the programs for the DOOP of the Russian as a foreign language, for programs to improve knowledge in the field of Russian as a foreign language (language courses), as well as for internships and summer schools in LLC.

Foreign citizens submit to INTERNATIONAL CENTER LLC the necessary package of documents listed below.

The formation of the order for the enrollment of foreign citizens (s) for training is carried out in LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER” based on the submitted documents and in accordance with the approved Admission Rules of LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER”.

The basis for the enrollment of foreign citizens for training in the DOOP of the Russian as a foreign language is the agreement concluded between him and LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER” on the provision of paid educational services and the provision of a document confirming payment for services under the contract.

LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER” creates a package of documents on enrollment (personal file) of a foreign citizen to study in LLC.

Foreign citizens who have reached the age of 18 are accepted for further education only in the following form of education: full-time group (or individual), as well as with the use of remote technologies.

Documents submitted upon admission and required for enrollment.

Admission of foreign citizens is carried out based on a personal application-questionnaire of a foreign citizen.

The application states that the foreign citizen agrees to the processing of his personal data in the manner prescribed by the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

The applicant attaches the following basic documents to the application for admission:

• a photocopy of the pages of the national passport with a photo, surname and names, a photocopy of the visa indicating the purpose of stay in Russia, a copy of the migration card.

• 1 photo 3×4 cm (in LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER”, personal file).

• an obligation signed by a foreign citizen to comply with the rules of stay, residence and movement established for foreign citizens by the legislation of the Russian Federation (if necessary).

• an obligation signed by a foreign citizen to comply with the Charter of INTERNATIONAL CENTER LLC, the training rules established for a student at INTERNATIONAL CENTER LLC.

Foreign citizens entering LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER” in accordance with direct contracts concluded by LLC “INTERNATIONAL CENTER” with foreign citizens with payment of tuition fees and on the terms determined by the rules for admission to study, additionally represent:

• a contract signed by a foreign citizen for training.

• a document on payment for the period of study specified in the contract for training.

• a document on the option of a medical insurance policy for voluntary health and life insurance valid in the territory of Belgorod (if necessary)

• a document on payment and the results of passing a medical commission in the Russian Federation (the presence of a foreign citizen of diseases included in the list.
